Stayed for two nights in October. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, even giving us maps to navigate Como’s best sights. The room was clean and had great air conditioning—perfect after a day out exploring! Breakfast was a cozy continental affair with fresh pastries and coffee served right at the table. And the location! A 10-minute walk to the ferry and downtown. A Carrefour supermarket nearby for quick snacks.

Great location near the train station, easy to find and close to the ferry terminal. The cleanliness of my room stood out. it was spotless and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and eager to assist, providing helpful maps for local attractions. However, the shower was quite small, which made getting ready a bit of a squeeze. The mattress could use updating for better comfort. Breakfast offered a basic continental selection but could benefit from more variety. No coffee or tea-making facilities in the room, which I found disappointing.

Noise from the street is an issue that could seriously disrupt sleep!!! Small, cramped shower spaces leave much to be desired!!! Outdated decor might not appeal to those looking for a fresher vibe!!! Limited English-language TV channels are quite disappointing!!!

Positive, I stayed for 3 nights in a Twin Room. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the ferry terminal. The espresso machine in the lobby served great coffee, and the staff were super helpful around the clock. Rooms were clean and had a nice balcony.
